Installation from the official neoWP website
- Download neo Replace from the official website neo-wp.com.
- Open the WordPress backend > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin > Activate Plugin

- Search for “neo Replace” and click on “Install Now.”
- After installation, click on “Activate.”
Manual installation via FTP
- Download neo Replace from the official website neo-wp.com.
- Unzip the ZIP file and upload the neo-replace folder via FTP to the directory
/wp-content/plugins/of your WordPress installation. - Go to the WordPress backend > Plugins > In the list, find “neo Replace” and click on “Activate.”
After activation
- Click on “neoWP” in the sidebar of the WordPress backend to check and adjust the default options.

Download with Safari
Why is only a folder displayed when downloading?
If you are using Safari, it may be that your Mac automatically unzips the ZIP file. Instead of the ZIP file, you only get the unzipped folder. You cannot upload this directly to WordPress.
Solution: Open the Safari settings and disable the option "Open safe files after downloading". After that, the ZIP file will remain as you need it.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?With the Free version, you get all neoPlugins with their basic functions. On the download page, you can download the plugins individually or install them directly with the neoManager. After installation, the neoPlugins appear as individual entries in the WordPress backend and must be managed and updated separately. You can get support through the public WordPress forum.
With the Pro version, you get all neoPlugins including all Pro features in a single ZIP file. You only upload this one file and then find all features as a single plugin entry in your dashboard. Using the integrated neoManager, you can toggle exactly the modules you need. All Pro features with the crown icon 👑 are immediately available to you. This includes, for example, displaying all posts that use a specific image, bulk actions in neoRenamer, an extended animation editor for drawings, and much more. Thanks to automatic security and functionality updates, you always stay up to date. Newly released media plugins and tools will be included in the future at no extra cost. Is there a demo version?Yes! You can test all neoPlugins directly in the online sandbox without installation. Additionally, you have the option to test all neoPro features on your own WordPress site for free for 14 days. You can activate this trial period in the WordPress backend under the neoWP settings. This way, you can calmly find out if neoWP is right for you.
Change neon colors
Why are the colors so bright?We often get asked: Why pink and green? What's up with the colors? Why can I still see the plugin when I close my eyes? We wanted to stand out. If you want to give your optic nerve a break: In the Pro version, you automatically get a calmer color scheme in dark blue and gold. Many users have fallen in love with the neon colors. That's why there is a toggle for the color scheme in the Pro settings.
After the purchase
What happens after the purchase?After the purchase, you will receive two emails with your invoice, the download link and your personal license key. If the emails don't show up in your inbox, it's worth checking the spam folder. Alternatively, you can find all the information in your account. You can then easily install the plugin in your WordPress dashboard as a ZIP file via “Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin” and enter the license key. You can then delete the free neoPlugins, as they are no longer needed. Existing settings and content will of course be retained when switching from Free to Pro.
Multiple websites
What license do I need for multiple websites?There are licenses for 1, 5, or 25 websites. Each productive website occupies a slot within the license - even within a WordPress multisite installation. Development, testing, staging, or local environments are free and do not require their own license, as long as they are associated with a licensed productive site. Discounted license packages for 5 or 25 websites can be selected directly via the pricing table or at checkout. If you need more than 25 licenses, please contact us via email.
Transfer license
Can I transfer a license to another domain?Yes! A domain change is easily possible. You can deactivate the license on the old domain and then reactivate it on the new domain. The assignment of licenses to domains can alternatively be viewed in the account and adjusted at any time. When you purchased the license, the access data was sent to you via email from neo-wp.com. If you have any questions or problems, we are happy to help.
Change plan
Can I change my plan?Yes, of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. To do this, log in to your account with the access data you received via email from neo-wp.com when you purchased the license. When upgrading, you only pay a proportional amount - previous payments will be credited as a discount. When downgrading, the subscription period will be extended accordingly.

Where do I enter my license key?You have several options to activate your Pro plugin:
If you have already installed any neoPlugin in the free version, you can enter your license key on the settings page of neoWP in the WordPress backend. Afterwards, the Pro version will be automatically installed and your license activated.
To facilitate installation on multiple WordPress instances, you can also directly download the ZIP file of your Pro plugin here. Before downloading, you enter your license key so that it is directly integrated into the plugin.
When installing this ZIP file, no further entry of the license key is required, as it will be automatically read and activated from the ZIP file.
In your user account, you can manage the assignment of licenses and domains. When you purchased the license, the access data was sent to you via email from neo-wp.com.

Can I use a Pro plugin individually?Yes! With neoPro, you get access to all neoPlugins in a single ZIP file - for the price of a classic WP plugin.
