Yes, that is possible! Just download the neoPlugins ZIP and install all plugins conveniently with a single click each via the neo WP settings page in the WordPress backend. Each plugin will then be displayed individually in the WordPress plugin list and can be managed and updated separately there. The plugins function technically independently and are functionally perfectly aligned with each other.
With the Pro version you get all neo plugins as a bundled ZIP file. After uploading and installing, all plugins including pro features are available to you in a single pro plugin. That way you only have to install, manage and update one plugin. In the pro plugin settings you can selectively enable only the features you actually need.
