You have several options to activate your Pro plugin:

If you have already installed any neoPlugin in the free version, you can enter your license key on the neo WP settings page in the WordPress backend. The Pro version will then be installed automatically and your license activated.

To make installation on multiple WordPress instances easier, you can also download the ZIP file of your Pro plugin directly here. Before downloading, enter your license key so it is integrated directly into the plugin.
When installing this ZIP file, no further entry of the license key is required because it is automatically read from the ZIP file and activated.

In your account you can manage the assignment of licenses and domains. When you purchased the license, the access data was sent to you by e-mail from neo-wp.com.

A valid license is required to download the Pro plugins. If you have already purchased a license key, you can download the ZIP file of the Pro version here. During the download your license key will be automatically embedded into the plugin file. This means the key is already included during installation and no additional activation is necessary.

If you use Safari, your Mac may automatically unpack the ZIP file. Instead of the ZIP file you will then only get the unpacked folder. You cannot upload this directly to WordPress.

Solution: Open the Safari preferences and disable the option "Open safe files after downloading". After that the ZIP file will remain as you need it.
