You have several options to activate your Pro plugin:

If you already have any neoPlugin installed in the free version, you can enter your license key on the neo WP settings page in the WordPress backend. The Pro version will then be installed automatically and your license activated.

To make installation on multiple WordPress instances easier, you can also download the ZIP file of your Pro plugin directly here. Before downloading, enter your license key so it will be integrated into the plugin immediately.
When installing this ZIP file, you won’t need to enter the license key again because it will be read and activated automatically from the ZIP file.

In your account you can manage license and domain assignments. When you purchased the license, the access data was sent to you by e-mail from neo-wp.com.

A valid license is required to download the Pro plugins. If you already purchased a license key, you can download the ZIP file of the Pro version here. Your license key will be automatically embedded in the plugin file during download. This means the key is already included during installation and no additional activation is necessary.

If you use Safari, your Mac may automatically extract the ZIP file. Instead of the ZIP file you then only get the extracted folder. You cannot upload this folder directly to WordPress.

Solution: Open the Safari Preferences and disable the option "Open safe files after downloading." After that the ZIP file will remain as you need it.
