neo Library - Sasha Simonova - Avonomis

Even before release I was able to thoroughly test neo Library. Finally a truly fast media library 💪 As a professional photographer I work daily with large amounts of high-resolution images. Even with thousands of images the library loads lightning-fast. I'm especially impressed by this speed. Another feature I particularly appreciate is showing where an image is used across the website. That helps me enormously with organizing my portfolios and prevents accidentally deleting important images. Also, displaying the file size delivered by neo Optimize directly in the overview is brilliant. neo Library is a great tool for anyone who wants to organize their media more efficiently.

As a beta tester I had the chance to test neo Library extensively. I tried many plugins. It's the first library plugin that shows me where I used each image on my site. Even if it's embedded in an ACF field. Beside every image there's a list of posts I can jump to with one click to quickly find my images. This feature alone makes the plugin worthwhile.

I'm generally cautious with renaming plugins because they've often broken references and PHP arrays in my database. That's why I put neo Rename through its paces on a test instance. What can I say? I couldn't break neo Rename. The plugin simply detects every image reference hidden anywhere in the database. Whether in post content, an ACF field or your own JS code. I especially like that the plugin shows me where the image is used before renaming. That gives me extra confidence.

I was able to use neo Rename in beta testing. It is simply reliable. As a professional photographer I use many images and regularly update them on my website. With neo Rename I keep titles and alt tags consistent. This plugin saves me a lot of time.

As with renaming plugins, I’m cautious with replace plugins too. That’s why I thoroughly checked neo Replace on a test instance first. Just like neo Rename, neo Replace also performs its tasks in the database cleanly and reliably. This plugin also shows me where the image is used before replacing it. Simply brilliant.

Having early access to neo Replace, I can write a few words about it. The slogan Drag-Drop-Swap says it all. Just drag a new image onto the old one and you’re done. The new image is automatically uploaded, thumbnails are created, and the image is replaced across all posts and pages. As with other neo Plugins, the handling is cleverly solved here as well. Well done!

The plugin integrates seamlessly into WordPress. In the Media Library, images can be renamed or replaced with a single click. Drawings can even be edited directly in the PageBuilder. Amazing how elegant media management in WordPress can be.

The support is better than anything I’ve experienced so far. I had a technical question about the plugin integration. Not ten minutes later the answer came directly from the development team. Not only fast, but also precise. You can immediately tell these aren’t bots answering, but real professionals with passion. The communication was friendly and professional. The neoPro package not only speeds up my website, but also my entire workflow.
