The neoPro plugin is my multitool for media in WordPress! Whether renaming, replacing, duplicating or optimizing images — it’s all there. You can even draw and animate. And all of this with a single plugin. No more plugin chaos, no compatibility problems. The features are perfectly coordinated. I especially like that in the neo Manager I can enable exactly the features I need.

There are only a few truly outstanding WordPress plugins and neoPro is clearly one of them. The modern design looks professional and is thought through down to the last detail. The plugin integrates seamlessly into WordPress. In the Media Library images can be renamed or replaced with just one click. Drawings can even be edited directly in the page builder. It’s amazing how elegant media management in WordPress can be.

The support is better than anything I’ve experienced so far. I had a technical question about plugin integration. No ten minutes later the answer came directly from the developer team. Not only fast, but also precise. You can tell immediately that these are not bots answering, but real professionals with passion. The communication was friendly and professional. The neoPro package speeds up not only my website but my entire workflow. For example, images can simply be dragged’n’dropped directly into the Media Library and are uploaded in parallel at full bandwidth. When renaming, the Renamer immediately finds all references to the image and adjusts them automatically. The backend remains fast and the frontend is massively accelerated by neo Optimize, especially for large images.

Small confession: I am one of the minds behind neo WP – the plugin universe around media management in WordPress. And yes, I use it myself. Every. Single. Day. Whether renaming, replacing, duplicating, optimizing, lazy-loading, animating, drawing images or even doing stop-motion with SVGs – the whole package (neoUniverse) is not only modular, but also works together as seamlessly as I always wanted. We put a lot of love and a bit (okay, quite a lot) of nerdy attention to detail into it. So if you like a lean, well-thought-out media setup that doesn’t overwhelm you with 100 menu items but simply works – take a look. Or the whole universe. I trust it with my own projects – and maybe soon you will, too.

I’m generally cautious with renaming plugins because they have often broken references and PHP arrays in the database for me. That’s why I tested neo Rename thoroughly on a staging instance. What can I say? I couldn’t break neo Rename. The plugin simply detects every image reference hidden somewhere in the database. Whether in post content, an ACF field or in your own JS code. I find it especially helpful that the plugin shows me where the image is used before renaming. That gives me additional confidence.

I was able to use neo Rename in beta. It’s simply reliable. As a professional photographer I use many images and update them regularly on my website. With neo Rename I keep titles and alt tags consistent. This plugin saves me a lot of time.

As a beta tester I was able to test neo Optimize extensively. What’s very well solved in neo Optimize is that all images and the entire content folder remain untouched. The plugin creates thumbnails in a separate folder and leaves the database 100% unchanged. I haven’t seen such a solution in any other media optimize plugin so far.

I discovered neo Draw when I was looking for a Paint for WordPress and found exactly that. A very intuitive and powerful drawing tool. Unlike Paint, neo Draw has well-chosen color palettes. 😉 I especially like the consistent drawing look with the matching font. The whole design looks very cohesive and well thought out. The integrated icon library includes emojis, a wide selection of icons and even animated GIFs. Own images, GIFs and icons can also be added to the drawings. Thanks for the valuable tool!

I had the opportunity to test neo Draw more closely during the development phase. The plugin is super-fast and perfectly integrated into WordPress. Editing the drawings is possible directly in the PageBuilder. The raw data is embedded in the image file and can be easily transferred to another domain by downloading the file. It's amazing that the drawings are still displayed even if the plugin is deactivated. Very nice! Everything is of very high quality and reliable. The developer also responds to technical questions immediately. I am very satisfied.
