I'm especially thinking about sites where the Media Library grew for many years and nobody knows anymore where every image is used.

Going page by page takes forever. Looking only inside the Media Library is faster, but then sometimes you miss the context.

Also reused images make it more complicated.

Would be interesting how people here solve this in real projects.
